Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor foremen and electricians.
• Develop estimates and integrated project plans with the team.
• Interpret plans, contract terms, and specifications for staff.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to the plan.
• Monitor progress and cash flow to ensure profitability.
