M.C. Dean is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in the Rock Hill, SC area. You will oversee field teams, coordinate with owners and design professionals, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in electrical, including foreman experience, and a master electrician license is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, including two years serving as a foreman.
• Master electrician's license is preferred.
• Advanced training in one career discipline or entry-level requirements in two.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an environment of ethical and motivated behavior.
• Motivate and lead teams and team members.
• Enhance the company's relationship with the owners by delivering a safe, quality project on time within budget.
• Develop the estimate and the integrated project plan with the project team.
• Understand the contract, scope, specifications, drawings, and integrated project plan.
• Manage site logistics working with our Logistics Service Center.
• Collaborate with senior management, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to the plan.
• Direct and supervise teams and delegate responsibilities to foremen and electrical technicians.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and codes.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and coordinate with other contractors.
