Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site supervision for mid-to-large electrical projects. You will coordinate crews, manage materials and safety, and drive project schedules to meet tight timelines.

The ideal candidate has Foreman/Journeyman credentials, a current electrical license, and OSHA 30 certification. You will oversee safety and installation activities while coordinating with the Project Manager and General Contractor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Current State Journeyman or Masters Electrical License is required.
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all FSG Construction field trades on an electrical project.
• Performs working estimate and take-off with Project Manager.
• Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and ensures materials and manpower are available.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts; proficient with computer, tablet, and smartphone.
• Interfaces with General Contractor representatives on scheduling and performance.
• Supervises installation of electrical feeders, equipment, switch gear, panels, lighting, and terminations.
• Monitors progress and directs crews to match job pace and coordination with other trades.
• Oversees office documentation and safety reporting; ensures compliance with safety processes.
