The role requires a Journeyman/Master Electrician license, 10 years in electrical construction with 5 in supervision, strong leadership, blueprint reading, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project and Bluebeam; competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or assoc. degree preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (where required).
• Minimum 10 years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/OSHA codes and construction practices.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and subcontractors onsite.
• Ensure all work complies with design, code, and QA/QC standards.
• Review plans and specs to ensure proper execution.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report to Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues; manage procurement and inventory.
• Coordinate with other trades to optimize workflow and safety.
