Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Cheyenne, Wyoming seeks a Lead Electrical Superintendent for the Cheyenne Power Hub Project. You will lead the electrical supervision team in the CCGT Area, oversee installation, termination, energization, and ensure safety, quality, and progress against budget.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, coordination with other disciplines, development of work packages, scheduling, reporting, and liaison with client representatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and zero-accident culture on site.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E electrical standards and practices.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and coordinate craft teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical craft activities in the CCGT Area and supervise foremen.
• Plan schedules, review progress, and manage budgets and scope.
• Develop construction methods, work packages and sequencing with other disciplines.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and manpower/material/equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives and subcontractors to align schedules.
