Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction seeks an experienced Electrical Serviceman III to join our Fayetteville, NC team. You will troubleshoot systems, perform service calls, and install electrical equipment in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.

You will read codes and drawings, work with advanced tools, and maintain high safety and service standards while communicating clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Electrical Service work.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening and background check.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions.
• Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.
• Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Use top-of-the-line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Exhibit a strong and customer-focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
