Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects from $5M to $15M.
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Oversee large or complex projects and ensure financial targets are met.
• Communicate with clients to manage project constraints and updates.

Skills

Project management experience in electrical construction

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to delegate and provide clear instructions

Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and Safety Codes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
