Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling across electrical construction projects, including data center and mission-critical environments.

You will develop master schedules from bid phase onward, coordinate with Estimating, Preconstruction, Project Management and field leadership, and drive resource-loaded schedules that improve labor forecasting and project performance. Travel to job sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Strong background in electrical construction projects; data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to develop executable schedules that support field operations.
• Experience collaborating with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
• Support Estimating and Preconstruction in scope breakdown during bid and pre-award phases.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review schedule health, critical path, float, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop scheduling staff to improve consistency and performance.
• Review schedule updates, changes, and flex/fragnets.
• Attend project meetings and coordination sessions; validate schedule accuracy.
