Job summary

MMR Constructors, Inc. is seeking Electrical Quality Control Inspectors for our Holly Ridge, LA site. Qualified candidates will have 8–10 years of industrial electrical experience and strong knowledge of QMS practices.

Travel and site audits are part of the role, with supervision of QC Inspectors and regular safety training. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to major industrial/ heavy construction projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years industrial and/or commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience with E&I quality requirements and QC systems.
• Willingness to travel and work on varied project sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong judgement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility for varied hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) per MMR PQP.
• Identify quality problems and provide corrective solutions.
• Perform periodic project jobsite audits as required.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals for quality compliance.
• Record inspection and testing activities on ITRs as required.
• Coordinate ITP audits, holds, and witness points with client/engineer.
• Gather records for quality turnover package submissions.
• Attend safety and refresher training as directed.
• Manage and oversee QC Inspectors.
