Job summary

JH Kelly, a long‑standing Northwest contractor, seeks aSenior Project Manager for Electrical Operations in Longview, WA. You will lead complex electrical builds from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating design, BIM, fabrication, and field teams to ensure profitable, on‑time delivery.

You will mentor PMs and engineers, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and build strong client relationships while maintaining safety and quality as top priorities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of full‑cycle project management in electrical construction.
• Hands‑on field experience highly valued; many started as electricians or field crew.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and teams in field and office.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on/below budget delivery with healthy margins.
