Qualifications

• 15+ years of full-cycle project management in electrical construction with field experience.
• Track record of delivering projects profitably and managing multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams on large electrical projects and ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee CPM scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management across projects.
• Direct project staff and ensure consistency in project control procedures.
• Plan estimates, schedules, and control systems; manage variance and FCC projections.
• Negotiate contracts, handle change orders, manage cash flow and collections.
