Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Director of Projects to lead a portfolio of large, complex design-build projects from Indianapolis headquarters.

You will manage a team of PMs and APMs, drive schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across regions, and partner with operations leadership to ensure disciplined margin performance. The role is onsite in Indianapolis and requires strategic leadership, risk management, and proven project execution excellence in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of PMs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive WIP readiness and cost forecasting to preserve margins.
• Develop leadership within the PM team and enforce SOPs.
• Manage client interfaces and change management for key accounts.
