Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical utilities construction in Akron, Ohio. You will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client negotiations from inception to completion, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience, 3+ years in construction PM, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or relevant electrical experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timeline or budget.
