Job summary

You will oversee cross‑discipline teams, control scope, schedule and budget, and mentor colleagues to advance project management capabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least six years of related experience, plus strong communication and proposal skills and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college, technical school, or university with six years or more related work experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience considered with evidence of success.
• Experience in a project engineering or project services environment with budgeting, scope management, risk management, and scheduling.
• Project team leadership and experience in proposals and working with clients during sales.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large-sized electrical projects of significant complexity.
• Perform project management independently within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; follow established PM processes.
• Prepare client bid pre-qualification packages, estimates, and proposals; review others’ estimates.
• Use accounting systems for tracking and forecasting project performance; serve as primary contact with accounting.
• Provide quality assessments and mentoring to others; lead project meetings.
• Staff projects with appropriate resources; drive client relationships and strategy.
• Process change orders; approve timecards and expenses.
• Adhere to ESCO standards, safety, and policy requirements.
