REVEL SEARCH® is seeking a highly technical, customer-facing Project Manager for engineered-to-order electrical projects. You will own projects from customer PO through engineering, manufacturing, testing, and closeout, serving as the primary technical contact for customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with switchboards, panelboards, switchgear, and BOM development, and can independently identify proper circuit breakers and vendor part numbers using manufacturer catalogs.

• Experience with switchboards, panelboards, switchgear, and circuit-breaker selection is essential.
• Ability to use manufacturer catalogs and online tools to source exact part numbers and build BOMs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineered-to-order electrical projects from PO/order through engineering, submittals, production, testing, shipment and closeout.
• Serve as the primary technical and PM contact for customers.
• Review customer specs, one-lines, diagrams, panel schedules, schematics and submittals.
• Translate requirements to engineering and manufacturing directions.
• Develop, review and validate Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Independently identify and specify breaker configurations and components.
• Use manufacturer catalogs and selection tools to determine vendor part numbers.
• Coordinate engineering revisions, change orders, material availability and schedules.
• Identify technical or commercial issues early and drive resolution.
• Communicate schedule changes and project status with customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, suppliers and leadership.
• Support testing, FAT, shipment readiness and post-delivery technical inquiries.

This is not a traditional scheduling-focused project management role. We are looking for a highly technical, customer-facing Project Manager who understands low-voltage electrical distribution equipment and can independently manage engineered-to-order projects from customer order through engineering, submittals, manufacturing, testing, shipment, and closeout.

The ideal candidate has worked within an electrical equipment OEM/manufacturing environment and brings hands‑on knowledge of switchboards, panelboards, switchgear, circuit breakers, BOMs, and manufacturer product catalogs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple engineered-to-order electrical projects from customer PO/order through engineering, submittals, production, testing/FAT, shipment, and closeout
• Serve as the primary technical and project-management contact for customers
• Review customer specifications, one-lines, riser diagrams, panel schedules, schematics, drawings, and submittals
• Translate customer requirements into actionable direction for engineering and manufacturing teams
• Develop, review, and validate Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Independently identify and specify circuit breakers and associated components
• Use manufacturer catalogs and online configuration/selection tools to determine appropriate vendor part numbers
• Work with Schneider/Square D, Eaton, ABB, and similar electrical distribution products
• Coordinate engineering revisions, customer markups, change orders, material availability, manufacturing schedules, and delivery requirements
• Identify technical or commercial issues early and proactively drive resolution
• Communicate schedule changes, risks, and project status directly with customers
• Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, suppliers, and leadership
• Support testing, FAT, shipment readiness, and post-delivery technical questions as needed

Must-Have Experience

We are specifically seeking candidates with meaningful experience in:

• Low-voltage power distribution
• Electrical equipment OEM or manufacturing environments
• Switchboards, panelboards, and/or switchgear
• Independent circuit breaker selection and specification
• Using manufacturer/vendor catalogs and online product-selection tools
• Identifying exact manufacturer part numbers without relying on vendor representatives to build the BOM
• Building and validating Bills of Material
• Schneider/Square D, Eaton, ABB, or comparable electrical distribution equipment
• Reading and interpreting:
• Customer specifications
• Managing technical electrical projects through the full manufacturing lifecycle
• Direct customer communication and technical project ownership

Highly Preferred

• Experience with UL 67 panelboards
• Experience with UL 891 switchboards
• Experience with UL 1558 switchgear
• Familiarity with UL 50 / UL 50E
• Experience with engineered-to-order manufacturing
• Knowledge of NEC requirements, AIC/fault-current requirements, breakers, bus, transformers, feeder sizing, and protective devices
• Experience with Schneider, Eaton, or ABB configuration/quotation tools
• Electrical engineering or closely related technical background

What Success Looks Like

The strongest candidate will be able to look at a customer specification or one-line, understand the electrical requirements, determine the correct equipment and breaker configuration, navigate manufacturer catalogs or online tools, validate the BOM, and keep the project moving without waiting on a vendor representative for basic product-selection support.

This role requires someone who is proactive, technically confident, comfortable making decisions, and willing to pick up the phone and drive an issue to resolution.
