Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Lead to manage the electrical commissioning scope from design review through IST and final turnover. You will direct engineers and technicians while coordinating with contractors, testing firms, controls integrators, vendors, and OEMs to ensure system readiness.

Responsibilities include developing commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules; leading Level 3–5 testing and documentation; and collaborating with project teams to verify integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• ACG CxA, CCP, NETA III/IV or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience with Level 0–5 commissioning processes in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical commissioning from design through IST and turnover.
• Review design documents and requirements for commissionability and constructability.
• Develop and maintain Commissioning Plan and test procedures.
• Coordinate with NETA contractors, controls integrators, and vendors.
• Direct Level 4/Level 5 testing and oversee IST activities.
• Ensure readiness, safety, and quality across electrical systems.
