Job summary

PayneCrest Electric, a Primoris Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale electrical construction project and team at our project site in Missouri. The role focuses on safety, quality, profitability, labor management and client relations at the project level.

The successful candidate will manage project execution, forecasting, and align internal groups to ensure outcomes within the PCE business model. Travel may be required for project assignments.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or similar field.
• 8+ years leading large scale electrical construction projects.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling and estimating software, CAD/BIM.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and establish a plan for success.
• Own the project P&L and forecast financial outcomes.
• Establish a strong safety culture and ensure safe practices.
• Mentor and coach the project team for skill development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Pre-fabrication, Purchasing, Accounting and Safety.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
