Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded, and technically skilled commercial Senior Electric Project Manager & leader to join our BoMark Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence, success, and leadership in the electrical industry, with a passion for building great projects.

The candidate should demonstrate strong profitability, quality standards, relationship-building skills, and the ability to mentor team members. Familiarity with Baltimore's industry landscape and surrounding counties is preferred. We value innovation and continuous improvement to enhance performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of APMs, Foremen, General Foremen, and Mechanics during project execution.
• Bid and secure projects, coordinate production, and represent BoMark Electric in project meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, and other trades.
• Plan work layouts, schedule personnel, and coordinate tools and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and electrical codes.
• Oversee project documentation, reports, and billing support.
• Manage and develop project team members, supporting their training and career growth.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical projects.
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, bids, change orders, and contracts.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and secure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and ability to pass background checks and drug screens.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and bidding/estimating software.
