Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Electrical Engineer to oversee maintenance and construction services for offices in the district.

You will manage projects, develop engineering solutions, and coordinate design, cost estimates, and feasibility analyses from inception to authorization. Reporting to a manager, you will lead design reviews, prepare specifications, and guide contractors and consultants to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• PE license a plus; PMP certifications are a plus.
• Owner’s representative experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70 and IECC.
• Building Automation Systems experience preferred.
• Up to 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction project activities through planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Monitor performance with contractors/consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms on design criteria and layouts.
• Provide technical evaluation of maintenance and operations for efficiency.
• Evaluate district electrical systems and backups; coordinate maintenance.
• Access Building Automation Systems to identify trends and energy messaging.
• Contribute to strategic plans and develop action plans and SOPs.
• Develop design guidelines and SOPs for electrical systems.
