Project Size: $800M | 900-Acre Campus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical delivery on a 280MW liquid-cooled hyperscale AI data center.

This is a large-scale, technically complex interiors and MEP build within an $800M development. The core and shell has been completed, and this phase focuses on full electrical and MEP system execution through commissioning.

This role requires a strong mission‑critical leader experienced in managing major electrical scopes on hyperscale or large data center projects. The role also requires the candidate to be on‑site, full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full electrical scope from interiors build‑out through commissioning
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and schedule management
• Coordinate with mechanical, controls, and commissioning teams
• Drive quality, safety, and performance standards
• Interface with executive leadership and client stakeholders
• Mitigate risk across a high-value MEP scope

Required Experience

• 8+ years electrical project management experience
• Proven delivery of hyperscale or mission‑critical data center projects
• Experience managing large electrical packages ($100M+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of switchgear, UPS systems, generators, bus duct, and commissioning
• Experience working on remote or travel-based project assignments
• Stable employment history with large commercial or mission‑critical contractors
