LeoForce in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning through execution. You will manage $25M+ projects and a portfolio around $100M, leading cross‑functional teams and ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical project management, a PE is a plus, and a strong track record in estimating and client relations. This permanent, full‑time role offers growth and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management within Electrical and Commercial Construction.
• Proven experience in electrical estimating.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using project management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.

Responsibilities
