Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare project construction schedules and look-ahead documents.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects and act as main point-of-contact.
• Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Review costs vs. budgets and prepare complete labor and material cost estimates.
• Support change orders and ensure constructability through field walk-downs.
