Job summary

The International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical builds, from precon through closeout, across hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial sectors.

You will coordinate with design teams, MEP trades, and field leadership, own budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and drive weekly progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed and project on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Proven success managing $20M-$100M electrical scopes with aggressive timelines.
• Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
• Ability to lead teams through complex builds with clarity, urgency, and accountability.
