Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate all project phases, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Manage large-scale projects, with a particular focus on data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial control across all aspects of the project.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring efficient performance and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
• Drive business development by fostering relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide detailed progress reports to clients and senior leadership, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the electrical contracting industry.

• Strong background in managing data center or mission-critical projects, with a solid understanding of the unique requirements in these sectors.
• Experience managing large project budgets and delivering projects on time and within financial parameters.
