They are seeking a skilled and highly driven Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and drive success across a diverse portfolio of energy efficiency and distributed generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead renewable energy projects from start to finish, overseeing solar, battery storage, generator, and advanced MEP retrofit initiatives.
• Orchestrate site assessments, equipment procurement, and vendor collaborations to drive design, sourcing, and construction efforts forward.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including permitting, utility interconnection, and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise subcontractor activities and ensure field operations meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead technical reviews of engineering plans, specifications, and RFP responses in collaboration with cross-functional design teams.
• Oversee procurement timelines, material logistics, and schedule optimization to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage performance monitoring, verification efforts, and integration with M&V software platforms.
• Support internal process development and improvement initiatives, including the creation of documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Contribute to client satisfaction through hands-on troubleshooting, team collaboration, and effective project reporting.
• Travel to client locations across the U.S. as required during construction and commissioning phases.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
• 3 plus years of experience pushing the envelope on commercial energy projects, including renewables and infrastructure upgrades.
• Well-versed in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application to solar PV systems.
• Hands-on experience with software and modeling tools such as Helioscope, PVSyst, or EnergyToolbase.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering design and construction documentation.
• Prior involvement with site commissioning, system troubleshooting, and measurement & verification practices.
• Familiarity with building and electrical permitting processes, EPA regulations, and local ordinances.
