The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership roles within industrial facilities or data centers, with a proven ability to drive results in complex environments. This is a full-time W-2 role based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ in leadership roles in electrical construction.
• Experience overseeing major industrial/data center builds.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Licensing screening may apply depending on jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Set overall direction for electrical projects and oversee work to completion.
• Lead project management teams, superintendents, and on-site supervisors.
• Maintain client partnerships and align expectations for outcomes.
• Evaluate budgets, schedules, risks, and progress against goals.
• Shape delivery strategies, coordinate purchasing, and plan for trade partners.
• Promote safety, quality workmanship, and efficient operations.
