System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join the Central Engineering team. This role will serve as a SME for electrical engineering while leading capital projects across multiple facilities in the United States.

The position is contract-to-hire, remote/offsite with 25-50% travel, and requires extensive experience in industrial settings, NEC/PSM, and vendor management. You will mentor teams and ensure safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital electrical projects from concept to execution.
• Strong NEC and PSM knowledge.
• Experience with contractor/vendor evaluation and management.

Aufgaben

• Review, approve, and provide technical oversight of electrical engineering documentation throughout project phases.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and execution plans for electrical capital projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal and external engineering resources.
• Interface with senior leadership, operations, consultants, and contractors on technical matters.
• Initiate and support MOC processes and participate in PHA/LOPA studies.
• Support commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities.
