Job summary

Enerfab is seeking an Electrical Project Manager III in Lees Summit, MO to lead complex industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and safety, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 7+ years of electrical PM experience, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's a plus).
• 7+ years of Electrical Project Management experience leading large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in advanced project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project management teams, including PMs and coordinators.
• Act as primary point of contact for project decisions and escalations.
• Develop project strategies including scope, timelines, and budgets for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define goals and success criteria.
• Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
