Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management on large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in advanced project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure construction work meets standards.
  • Document and resolve complex quality-related issues.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks at a strategic level, ensuring overall project success.
  • Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans and monitor risk factors.
  • Serve as the primary client interface for large-scale projects, managing client expectations and providing updates.
  • Address complex client inquiries, issues, and change requests effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive project status reports, performance metrics, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, present status, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000

The Project Manager III is responsible for the comprehensive management and successful execution of complex industrial construction projects. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, budget control, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Lead and mentor project management teams, including Project Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance and support.

Budget and Cost Control
  • Create and manage project budgets for complex projects, continuously monitoring and controlling project costs.
  • Evaluate and implement cost‑saving opportunities and manage change orders.
Scheduling and Timeline Management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale projects, using industry‑standard scheduling software.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively address delays, and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Document and resolve complex quality‑related issues.
Risk Management
