Job summary

Enerfab is seeking an Electrical Project Manager III in Lees Summit, MO, to oversee the full lifecycle of complex industrial construction projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, subcontractor coordination, and proactive risk management to deliver on-time, on-budget results for major clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management on large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in advanced project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

The Project Manager III is responsible for the comprehensive management and successful execution of complex industrial construction projects. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, budget control, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
