Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA office. You will work on the L.A. Metro Purple Line 2/3 Extension projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include tracking Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, and Owner Payment Applications, monitoring costs, and supporting project leadership through closeout and quality control activities. A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of construction industry experience.
• Field Engineer experience preferred.
• Electrical contractor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims.
• Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records.
• Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process.
• Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.
• Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications.
• Provide support to the project leadership as needed.
