Qualifications

• BSEE or related engineering degree with 10+ years in industrial/facility design.
• PE license in one or more states preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline projects and mentor team members.
• Strong client communication and proposal support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering on multi-discipline projects.
• Design and improve electrical systems for industrial facilities.
• Develop scopes of work, conceptual and detailed designs.
• Support client sales presentations.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Coordinate with clients and partners.
