Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience designing electrical systems for buildings.
• Specific experience in K-12 school and municipal building design preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Lead electrical system design from planning to documentation.
• Conduct internal quality reviews and coordinate with AHJs for compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of NEC, IBC, IECC, local electrical codes

Expertise in designing systems for educational/public buildings

Proficiency in Revit and electrical modeling tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
