Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Engineerfor an excellent remote + travel position located in the greater Atlanta, GA area. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing projects and customers within the electrical engineering team, ensuring streamlined operations, delivery, and effectiveness.
• Oversee procurement for electrical engineering and material handling
• Take a lead role on larger projects, communicating between customers and internal teams
• Prepare proposals/estimates, and review drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Monitoring and communication of project schedules, pre-construction, costs, and suppliers
• Mentoring other engineering team members and assisting with development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Proven experience in electrical system design, power distribution, control systems, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various teams
• Knowledge of equipment, vendor selection process, and project estimates
• Experience in warehouse design, industrial automation/PLC/HMI, or conveyor systems
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel
