The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, 5+ years in electrical design, familiarity with aviation standards, and strong communication. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical system design.
• Working knowledge of FAA, TCCA and EASA Part 25 certification requirements.
• Familiar with RTCA DO-160, DO-178 and DO-254 standards.
• Proficient with MS Office; AutoCAD is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical power generation and distribution solutions for defense customers.
• Identify deliverables, risks, and challenges in bids and proposals.
• Produce system schematics, requirement documents, and interfaces.
• Review installation drawings, test data, and reports.
• Analyze test data to verify performance; support change management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues.
