Job summary

Alterman, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in the water and wastewater sector.

You will drive profit and loss, oversee project planning, scheduling, and cost control, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time execution. Ideal candidates have extensive electrical construction experience in process-intensive environments, with PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, and control systems exposure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret contract documents, plans, specs.
• Able to manage technically complex projects in active industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: ownership of assigned accounts and revenue growth.
• Project Planning: lead kickoff meetings, plan work, ensure safety programs.
• Project Management (Office): budgeting, job cost entry, scheduling, contracts input.
• Project Development: lead project reviews, prepare cost projections, change orders, invoicing.
