Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Jacksonville, Florida, to lead large-scale electrical construction projects ranging from $30M–$50M+. The role involves overseeing all phases of projects, from preconstruction to closeout, while serving as the primary liaison between clients and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in project management specifically within electrical construction, along with a strong ability to manage project financials and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience managing projects valued at $30M–$50M+.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including Superintendents and Executive Leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.
