Job summary

Jobot, an electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Austin to oversee full lifecycle delivery of complex electrical construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment of budget, schedule, quality and safety objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial electrical environments, demonstrated leadership across trades, and strong ability to read blueprints and control diagrams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably heavy industrial
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Oversee safety, schedule, and quality standards on job sites
• Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to resolve technical issues
• Review electrical plans to ensure installations meet specs and code
• Support field crews with input from Master Electrician as needed
• Handle RFI submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and reporting
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams
