Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical data center projects in Cedar Rapids, IA, and nationwide. You will oversee execution, safety, schedules and budgets with travel as needed.

This full-time role requires 8+ years in electrical project management, strong NEC knowledge, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical project management, preferably mission critical.
• Proven track record managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation and NEC codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relations.
• Experience with Procore and/or Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and spend long periods on-site.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Mission Critical Data Center Projects in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and other locations nationwide. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position, with flexibility to work from home combined with project travel as necessary.
• Project schedules may require overtime, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
