Job summary

Fortiva in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data center campus. You will oversee large-scale electrical packages from preconstruction through installation, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with GC, design teams and commissioning partners, and driving installation, testing and energization to final project closeout.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of critical power and MEP infrastructure.
• Hyperscale or large campus experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical scope, schedule, budget and project delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
• Coordinate procurement and long-lead electrical equipment.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and commercial reporting.
• Work closely with the GC, client, design teams and commissioning partners.
• Drive installation, testing, energization and project closeout.
