Job summary

Palmetto Electric Solutions, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager & Estimator to lead multiple commercial electrical projects across states. You will manage design-to-sign-off cycles, ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA, and prepare precise estimates to secure profitable contracts.

Travel up to 50% is required as you coordinate with clients, GCs, and engineers, while supervising field foremen and managing procurement schedules for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of, specifically, managing and estimating commercial electrical construction projects.
• Completed Trade Program or Technical Certification in electrical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, blueprints, NEC and OSHA standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of multiple commercial electrical projects from design to sign-off.
• Ensure field installations comply with NEC and OSHA standards.
• Prepare accurate material, labor, and budget estimates for profitable contracts.
• Document milestones and report timelines to executives using internal systems.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and engineers for transparent progress.
• Supervise on-site foremen and enforce quality control.
• Oversee procurement schedules to meet on-site needs.
