You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with BIM/VDC teams, ensuring safety, NEC compliance, and high-quality delivery.

This role offers growth within a respected Texas contractor and exposure to high-profile projects across the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial, healthcare, and data center projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee multiple electrical projects with schedule, budget, safety, quality objectives.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, manpower, and logistics.
• Review drawings/submittals and coordinate with BIM/VDC teams.
• Support field operations with site visits and progress tracking.
• Build relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and trade partners.
• Manage change orders, cost reporting, forecasting, and monthly billings.
• Ensure NEC compliance and client-specific requirements.
• Participate in preconstruction, estimating support, value engineering, constructability reviews.
