Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in NPI and high-volume product launches in data center networking.
• Expert-level knowledge in high-layer count PCBA manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire manufacturing readiness process for complex networking products.
• Manage product lifecycle activities and ensure seamless transitions.
• Architect and implement robust manufacturing processes and test strategies.
