Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering Preferred, Manufacturing Engineering acceptable with proper engineering experience.
• 10+ years of experience in NPI engineering, specializing in Advanced SMT, High Layer Count PCB assembly.
• Working knowledge and experience with PLM systems (Agile, Propel preferred).
• Strong background in debugging circuits on the bench, troubleshooting, failure / root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized team responsible for introducing complex electrical designs from prototype to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Serve as the technical bridge between design engineering and our manufacturing partners.
• Identify DFM improvements in early stages of product development.
• Manage ECOs and version control using PLM systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and with supply chain/procurement for efficiency.
