HEAPY Solutions in Indianapolis seeks a Construction Project Manager II to lead electrical and MEP infrastructure projects from planning through execution, building trusted client and contractor relationships.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and compliance while coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Normally requires a 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field, plus 7–10 years of experience managing electrical infrastructure, electrical construction, or complex MEP construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initiation through closeout with scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams with strong communication.
• Monitor progress, safety, quality, and compliance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and deliver a Superior Client Experience.
• Travel regularly to active project sites in Indianapolis and Central Indiana region.
