Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance and scheduling for maintenance personnel.
• Analyze causes of breakdowns and initiate corrective measures.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions in teams.
• Review maintenance schedules and assign tasks daily.
• Manage work order system in SAP and ensure closures.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Communicate job status to plant leadership.
