As a Sr. Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, you will support the Westinghouse Parts Business in New Stanton, PA. Your responsibilities include electric motor design, analysis, and testing. You will report to the Manager of Procurement Engineering. This role offers a mobile working arrangement and requires on-site presence in New Stanton 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and develop solutions for Customer RFQs related to power plant motor applications.
2. Collaborate with external customers and Sales teams to provide and present solutions.
3. Maintain motor drawings and documentation.
4. Utilize electric motor design software (e.g., Ansys Maxwell, Motor Solve, MotorXP, Matlab) for design and specification.
5. Apply proficiency in electric motor design, analysis, and testing.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for electric motors.
7. Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure material/part compliance, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Technology or related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience in engineering, preferably in motor design or manufacturing.
3. Experience with electric motors, including design, manufacture, or refurbishment.
4. Knowledge of the nuclear power industry.
