Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace division seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical in Orchard Park, NY. You will manage processes, tooling, and test equipment for production and development hardware, driving continuous improvement and FPY/OPE in an aerospace environment.

Required: 3+ years in electrical component manufacturing or testing with a relevant degree; experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies; ITAR compliance. This is an on-site role in Orchard Park, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical equivalent and 3+ years in electrical component manufacturing or testing. OR 5+ years with an Associates/Technical degree.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
• ITAR compliance applies; U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing cells for electrical components and subassemblies.
• Manage process documents, tooling and test equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement and FPY/OPE.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and support capital expenditures with ROI.
• Troubleshoot and test PCBs and harness assemblies.
