Job summary

Samsung HME America in Danvers, MA seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical) to support sustaining engineering, production, and NPIs for mCT systems.

You will lead electrical issues, coordinate with QA, and drive design transfers and root-cause investigations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Field Service, and suppliers, mentoring junior engineers and guiding process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical engineering for medical equipment.
• Experience leading electrical engineering support and projects.
• Knowledge of 510(k) regulatory requirements and validations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product quality issues in manufacturing and sustaining engineering.
• Coordinate MRB investigations and PCB troubleshooting with QA.
• Validate components, systems, and process changes for performance and safety.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Field Service to drive improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive key manufacturing metrics.
