Samsung HME America is seeking a field service engineer for CT equipment to support our service network and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and occasional weekend work to respond to service calls.

Travel up to 75% with some weekends, including 25% at our Danvers, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate will have electronics/telecom training with 2+ years of medical equipment experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in electronics, telecommunications, or networking plus hands-on medical equipment experience.
• ISO/FDA familiarity or equivalent health‑care training is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight and possess a valid driver’s license with clear driving record.

Responsabilités

• On-site troubleshooting and resolving complex CT equipment issues in a medical setting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage repair/parts cycle times to drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide second‑line support to distributors and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Travel to field sites for training and issue resolution; train service engineers as needed.
• Be fully self‑sufficient in the field and adhere to company policies on travel and expenses.
