Modular Mission Critical, the production campus of M.C. Dean, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Tech 3 to uphold mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at our Bowling Green site near Richmond, VA. You will perform advanced maintenance tasks, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal equipment functioning.

Role requires 6+ years of experience and Journeyman/Master Electrician licensing, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Requires 6+ years of maintenance experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine service and preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various machines.
• Replace components such as cylinders, pumps, bearings, and other machine parts.
• Set up and conduct minor repairs on hand tools and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to machine operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, parts procurement, and service-related needs.
• Conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs on air compressors and associated systems.
• Install machine-related systems including vacuum lines, ductwork, and other auxiliary components.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment, including proficiency in using a 60-ft articulating lift.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors for building and facility maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical issues in facilities; maintain lighting and safety systems.
